Dear Sir,

I am writing a letter of thanks to you for the help I have received from Marehay Vauxhall these past few months.

I work in Melton Mowbray and unfortunately have a round trip of 100 miles six days a week which means that getting time for repair and service can be difficult.

On three occasions recently at very short notice to yourselves I have had to have work carried out to my Astra along with repairs and an mot to my wife’s Corsa with a further service due next month. This has all been handled in a very efficient manner by all of your staff.

Special praise must go to Tracey Foster who has been a great help to us especially when I fractured my ankle in November.

She was extremely helpful, arranging for collection and delivery of my car whilst I was laid up. Since realising this service was available I was then able to get my wife’s car mot done which saved me considerable time and trouble.

Having efficient and competent staff like Tracey is the reason my wife and I will continue to return to Marehay Vauxhall in the future.

On the 11th January at 8.00am my wife’s Motability car was booked in for its annual service. I arrived at 7.50am to find the garage and reception area open for business, job sheets all set out on the worktop, an atmosphere which gives the customer so much confidence. I have been retired 14 years bit I have been associated with the motor industry all my working life.

May I say well done to all your staff.

If only all garages took this person centred approach; I can’t recommend them enough.

A couple of weeks ago I had occasion to hire a car from you after having been let down by another hire company. I would like to bring to your attention the excellent and professional service provided to me by the lady in the hire section, I think her name was Julie.

Further to that, while my own car was sat at your premises, I asked if there was any chance of getting it valeted during my absence. I do not recall the name of the lady that did the valeting, but I was amazed at how thorough a job she had done.

I would be grateful if you would bring my sincerest thanks to the notice of these two ladies for the service they gave, they are truly excellent.
